Privacy Policy

Agent Field Notes is operated by Angel. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit agentfieldnotes.ai, join Angel’s newsletter, save workflows, or enquire about sponsorship.

For privacy questions or requests, email angel@theflowlab.studio.

Information we use

  • Newsletter subscriptions. The signup form sends your email address and any information you enter directly to Angel’s existing newsletter on Substack. Substack manages the subscriber list, confirmation and welcome emails, delivery, and unsubscribe preferences. We do not create a separate Kit list or copy new newsletter addresses into this website’s database.
  • Sponsorship enquiries. We store the name, email, optional company, preferred placement, message, and submission date you provide. Angel uses these to respond and discuss sponsorship. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
  • Workflow access. We use a randomly generated browser identifier and the workflow identifiers you have opened to offer three free workflow views. This record does not contain your email address. An access cookie remembers when you use the newsletter unlock link.
  • Saved workflows. Bookmarked workflow identifiers are stored in your browser’s local storage. The website does not upload your saved-workflow list to an account.
  • Technical information. Cloudflare hosts the website and database and processes requests, including IP addresses and browser/request information, to deliver and protect the service. Provider logs and security processing are governed by Cloudflare’s policies.

Cookies and browser storage

StoragePurposeDuration
afn_readerIdentifies a browser’s free workflow allowanceUp to one year
afn_newsletterRemembers workflow access after using an unlock linkUp to one year
auc_savedKeeps your bookmarked workflows on this deviceUntil removed or browser storage is cleared
afn_pending_workflowReturns you to a workflow after unlockingUntil unlock or storage is cleared
auc_adminAdmin sign-in only, if configuredUp to seven days

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser. This removes saved workflows and remembered access; it does not unsubscribe you from the newsletter. Blocking cookies may prevent workflow access from being remembered.

When the embedded Substack form loads, your browser contacts Substack, which may use its own cookies and collect technical information. You can also open signup directly on Substack. We do not currently add advertising pixels or a separate visitor-analytics script to this website.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and database storage, and Substack for newsletter subscriptions and emails. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe their practices.

We do not give sponsors your newsletter email address or enquiry details as part of an advertising placement. Sponsor and tool links take you to other websites with their own privacy policies. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

How long information stays

Newsletter data is managed in Substack for as long as needed to provide the subscription and maintain unsubscribe records. Sponsorship enquiries are retained while relevant to the conversation and any resulting business records; contact Angel to request deletion. Historical launch-waitlist records collected before the Substack connection remain separate and have not been automatically imported.

Workflow-view records older than one year are removed when subsequent workflow requests run the cleanup. Browser storage lasts as described above. Hosting providers may retain logs or backups under their own policies.

Your choices and requests

Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop receiving it, or manage your subscription on Substack. You can ask Angel about access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold by emailing angel@theflowlab.studio. We may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned. Rights and exceptions depend on your location; you may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.

Unsubscribing does not automatically remove an existing workflow-access cookie. You can remove it in your browser.

Updates

We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above.
